Harbinger Mobile Privacy Policy

Harbinger Mobile is a business tool for licensed sales representatives, operated by VeraLife Insurance Group ("we", "us"). It is provided to representatives who have been given an account. It is not a consumer app.

What the app uses

• Account information: your Harbinger username or email and password, used only to sign you in to our servers.
• Work data: the business leads assigned to you, and the notes, call attempts, call outcomes and follow-up dates you record. This is stored on our servers and shown to you and your authorized managers.
• Push notification token: a device identifier from Apple or Google (through Firebase Cloud Messaging) so we can send you lead alerts.
• Crash and error reports: technical diagnostics sent to our error-monitoring service (GlitchTip) to fix bugs. They do not include your password.
• Phone dialer: when you tap Call, the app opens your phone's dialer. We do not record calls or read your call history.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information, show ads, or use it to track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Sharing

Work data is visible to you and to the administrators of your organization. Service providers that run our systems (hosting, push delivery, error monitoring) process data only to provide the service.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while your account is active. To delete your account or the data tied to it, email team@veralifeig.com. Signing out of the app removes your session from the device.

Security

Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
